"Label" App Problem

My label app seems unable to save. I bring the app up, make my selections, and press "save."

Then I wait and wait and wait and wait some more. A "saving" message continues.

I check my blog and nothing has been saved. The problem and failure I write of here happens only on this blog. 

A little ghost of a message does appear from time to time in the lower left hand corner of the "Configure Labels" window. The message reads "javascript: void(0)"

How can I fix this problem? What can I do? Who should I speak with? How much should I pay for help?
