Pandaw River Cruises look romantically good in their brochures and on-line, whether they are owned by Myanmar generals or not. One of their catalogs on cruises I obtained some ago look like a fin art catalog put together by inspired experts. Some of their boats that cruise the rivers of Southeast Asia and beyond seem romantic works of art.
The last I heard was that they had begun a Borneo cruise!
If you asked me, I'd accompany you on one of their cruises. You would find me a competent and pleasant traveling companion. I pay my own way and do not cry if I am left behind.
