Do you really care what your President is talking about?
"As I See It Today" could be the title of this new iteration of my main blog. The "It" would then be the following themes with which I intend to deal here: ~ history ~ politics, economics, government ~ family tree ~ people, places, ~ culture, society ~ dialogue and a bit of me

Presidential Pronunciation.
English pronunciation - s sound and z sound - YouTube
Please forward this to President Obama.
His pronunciation of these sounds distracted me greatly form the message of his jobs talk today.
His grammar and understanding of meanings is magnificent, but I find his pronunciation distracting.
He seems to pronounce 'his' as 'hiss'. I like to hear the 's' sound in 'sounds' as a buzz not as a hiss. The 's' in the 'jobs' I love is buzzed not hissed.

Heads Up!
President Clinton gave you a heads up about NAFTA which you refused to heed.
Are you heeding President Obama's heads up about who you intend to pay and what you intend to give up?
It's about taxes.
If you snooze you lose.
If you don't participate in the dialogue you lose.
If you don't get the facts you lose.
If you don't get the information you lose.
It is easy to lose.

Obama
"Obamacare" does not exist. Our congress has made some changes in the relationship between insurance companies and the medical establishment.
We may have given too much power to the Executive Branch, but it is still our representatives in Congress who make the laws.

President Obama
Thank you for being our president under the worst opposition ever. Lincoln had less opposition.
