If you cant get worried about 'global warming,' try worrying abut global loss of oxygen.
Consider the following cases:
After thriving from about 600,000 BC to about 200,000 BC, why did the giants begin to die off at a pretty fast clip?
Was it loss of oxygen?
The Neanderthal had bigger brains and stonger bodies than we do. Why did they die out and not us?
Do we get along on less oxygen than they could?
Why did the mega-fauna die out.
Was there less oxygen so that only the smaller animals could survive?
Why was the last of the mega-fauna to be hunted by American Indians the giant ground sloth?
Did this slow moving sloth use less oxygen then did other'giant' mammals?
Do you wonder why, then, athletes are still setting new records?
