Emotion/Feeling Affirmations

~ I expect to accept the reality of this feeling this year.
~ I intend to better attend to an emotion or feeling of mine this year.
~ I plan to note a strong emotion I feel here and now.
~ I am ready to practice checking out my feelings in various places and experiences now.
~ I am ready and willing to learn to note a good feeling of mine now.
~ I am ready and willing to learn to go into an emotion to see how I feel about it now.
~ I am ready and willing to learn to give a brief example now of what I believe led to my feeling. 
~ I am ready and willing to learn to know what it means to go out to check my feelings now.
