Please tell me more about Tlaxcala the capital city of the Mexican state of Tlaxcala.
Although I have never been there I believe that it is picturesque and has a good climate.
The state is largely rural with a strong Mexican Indian and mestizo population.
Many people use institutions of higher learning and hospitals of the capital of Puebla in preference to local institutions.
Tlaxcala is roughly 60 miles from Mexico City and 15 miles from Puebla.
