In the United States there is careless and unethical governance of corporations, unions, and municipalities. There is no reason for surprise at finding both at State and Federal levels. Who among a people is responsible for taking care of things ethically? Who among a people is responsible for State and Federal governance? Who is responsible for the governance of your city your town? Who is responsible for the governance of your union?
